Computers To Go Midland

Got an old Laptop screen repaired in Saginaw. Good price and great service. Screws fell apart unexpectedly. Zack M. of the Midland branch both secured the SSD with mounting tape and installed new screws on a warranty check. Secured tight and works great. Excellent service.

Avoid at all costs unless you want to be screwed. Took my pc here to get diagnosed for an issue, after paying $35 down it sat for 2 weeks with no answer or progress while being told it would only be a couple days multiple times. Took the pc to Flynn’s in town and they had my issue diagnosed and fixed within 2 hours of me dropping it off. HIGHLY recommend any other shop besides this one

Absolutely incredible people and business. Professional, efficient, and very thoughtful! My laptop that I use for work wasn't turning on and I needed it within a couple of hours for important meetings...I took it in, and John fixed it right away and knew exactly what was wrong (a battery issue I've never had an issue with). Some people would take advantage of the fact that I needed my laptop within a couple of hours and would charge me a crazy amount of money - not John! So refreshing to know integral people and businesses still exist!

I am very grateful for computers to go. I have went there twice now and both times were a great experience. First time I needed a phone screen replacement for my iPhone. I had cracked it and they were able to replace it much cheaper than anyone else and were so kind. They also did some work on my laptop and they threw in a new charger for free.
