I needed battery replacement on iPhone. I called the shop was able to get my phone that day and fixed within hour. If I would have went through phone insurance would have been a new phone which meant transferring all data and it would have also been a referbished phone. Any other place I called had to order new battery and was more expensive would have taken over a week to get. The customer service at PC media also was really great. Would recommend to anyone!

This place was awesome!! I showed up a bit close to closing time, but he said he would still help me! He replaced my whole screen in a timely manner, and even got my face ID to work again! He was kind, funny, and an excellent businessman! It was even his birthday, but he still stayed late to help fix my phone! He knew what he was doing, and did it effectively and confidently. I feel like I have a whole new phone! I highly recommend if you are in the Marquette area! He got the job done, and for fairly cheap, too! If I ever need a screen fixed or replaced again, I can confidently say I would go back here in a heartbeat! :)

Brought in a non responsive iPad about 4 months ago. They claimed they needed to send it to the “lab” for analysis. I was regularly calling every 2 weeks or so for updates, and the response was typically “There isn’t anything we can do once it’s at the lab; we don’t have any contact with them about specific orders.” I gave checking in about a month ago, and just bought a new iPad on sale from Target this week. They have never once reached out to me with any kind of status update. Don’t bother sending your stuff here if you intend on getting it back.

You can't leave a message and if you do get someone, they always say, "Let me check on that and so and so will get back to you." I have called multiple times over the last 3 months asking where my computer is. Never has anyone returned my call. Not once.

Had the worst experience ever at PC Medic. The owner straight-up lied about having a team—he's the only tech. Dude swore at me and even followed me out of the mall, with his wife trying to hold him back. Zero customer service skills and a serious anger issue. Brought in a dummy laptop with a real problem to see if the sketchy reviews were true. He said the screen wouldn’t turn on, but all I needed was the charging port fixed, which is part of the motherboard. When I tried to retrieve my laptop and leave, he tried to hold my laptop hostage by telling the girl to put it back in the backroom. This guy is a total scammer, trying to convince me there's a different issue when there isn't. Pretty sure they trash-talk customers and mess with people's laptops. And just a heads-up: the owner will probably reply to this review to downplay the situation, like he does with every bad review. Just accept that you’re bad business. I'll be checking if they tampered with my files or data and will update this review if I find anything shady.
