We contracted with 906 almost two months ago to have fiber optic run to our home, and paid $495 up front. It took weeks for them to install it. The underground line locating guys had to come out TWICE because their location stuff only lasts for a short time, because things can change. The fiber optic line was finally run three (almost four now) weeks ago and brought into the house. That's where it all ended. They needed some part that they did not have to let us go live. We were told it was ordered and would arrive in seven to ten business days. It did not. It did, however, suddenly appear after we contacted them late last week. They were supposed to show up here today (July 31) between 7 am to 12 pm. They did not. No one called. A call to the company merely said "They got behind. I'll let Scott know." No one ever showed nor were we contacted about when -- after WEEKS after paying for their service -- it would be live. The actual installers are professional and skilled. Management -- and service -- sucks. Recommend that you avoid 906. Edited to add: (Oct. 2, 2023): We noticed three weeks ago that part of the supposedly "underground cable" had three feet of it sticking up above the ground at the end of the driveway, right where vehicles turn in. We immediately called 906 and reported it and asked that someone come out and rebury it. We have called three times now. The cable is *still* protruding from the ground. We put a saw horse over it to keep it from being run over and/or severed. Still no response from 906 about repairing this shabby installation mistake.

In years past I've had outstanding computer repair service from 906 technologies for myself and the business I work for, but I will not use them again. Initially, I had 2 good conversations with 2 different employees who both assured they would take a good look at my computer and likely get it back to me by Friday. At least, I would get a call Friday. I was concerned when I realized there had been no communication between these employees. I had work to do on the laptop over the weekend which I expressed. Friday came and went. Monday came. No call. I called and expressed my frustration. I was promised a return call Monday. That never happened. Tuesday morning I did receive a call that they had scanned my computer and tested the hardrive to find no issues. That's all. They ran some tests, found nothing, but couldn't get my computer back to me in the time frame they said they would, and they resolved nothing. But the cherry on top was the smug attitude I received from the front desk person this morning. It was unprofessional at best. I do not recommend using this company. Skills and quality of service are lacking when it comes to computer repair.

I sent them an e-mail using my Gmail account asking about their rates. It did not go through. I got this back: "Your message couldn't be delivered because delivery to this group is restricted to authenticated senders." "Authenticated senders"??? Wow, really??? That alone tells me all I need to know about 906 Technologies.

906 Technologies has been our go to company for all our computer needs for our business for years. We recently had them redesign our website. I cannot express how easy they made it for us and what an amazing job they did. Kevin and Pat went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend 906 Technologies! Thank you on a job well done!

Ian was the Tech who, as a time offer, told me how to move my Photos off my phone to a Computer. It had been so long since I had done something like that. At my age 70 he was absolutely professional and exact in his words. Thanks for your patience and your full integrity in the way that you handled this.
