We were camping an hr away, & needed a specific type of communication cable for our RV. No one closer was able to help us, called here & Dan was so helpful. He ended up making the cable for us, & we drove in and got it the same day. He was very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! Highly recommend!

Pleasant customer service from the lady working, nice clean little shop. Was the only place in the county I could find a hard drive for some files I had to ship. Not a huge selection of choices product wise but would recommend.

I dropped of my laptop 10 days ago. They told me it would take between 3-7 days to fix the issue with it. Told me it would be between $60-$190 to fix depending on the problem. Have them my phone number to call when it was ready. I never received a phone call. I went in there on day 9 to find out if it was done yet and they hadn’t even started it. I guess the person to work on it was sick which I can understand. People get sick. But no one even had the decency to call me to let me know it would take longer when I need my computer for work and daily matters. Then, with the wait and everything, I went in the next day to pick it up, I kindly brought this up to them and they weren’t apologetic what so ever, just defensive and frankly a little rude. All I wanted to know was why I didn’t receive a phone call. So what took “about an hour and a half of his time” to fix, (his words exactly), cost me $90 on top of having to wait with no knowledge of why it was taking so long. I am appreciative the problem was resolved, but not so much with the customer service.

Very awesome shop here in the u.p sometimes repair supplies are hard to find, the owner sold me a tube of thermal paste even though they don't normally sell it, much appreciated.
