This is the kind of shop you wanna take your computer to. I'm a disabled guy, he came out to my truck to carry the unit and monitor into the shop. He worked on it right in front of me, right there, right now. I needed it that night. He's a great conversationalist, president of a local chamber of commerce and so down to Earth. Most computer techs are geeks who hate to interact with the public. This guy reminds me of a fun family uncle who can fix computers with one hand tied behind his back. And he stands behind his work. His word is his bond. 5 stars is not enough!!! Make the trip. This is what a real computer shop looks like...my humble opinion. Excellent experience for what can often be a dreadful task.
