I went to cracked today with a charging problem my phone wouldn’t charge at all he diagnosed the problem very quickly Dylan was also very friendly and has good customer service skills! 40$ to repair the charging and a little bit extra for a new screen protected that he did apply flawlessly with no air bubbles!! definitely will be coming back for all my tech needs dylans your man! (Subways a good snack if you have to wait for the repair)!

I highly recommend this business. My phone was having difficulty charging. These skilled guys performed a quick diagnosis and said "You need a new port." So 20 minutes later my charging problems were over. Well they did have to order the part and informed me when it was at the shop. But while you wait repair. I Door Dash ®© and you gotta have a phone. Their price was great considering the other option, phone upgrade. Thank you Cracked.

Fixed my screen next day after a little drop. Worth it for sure, way easier to deal with than verizon and also fixed my volume button without asking 🙂
