I dropped off a Nintendo switch that was not charging. I asked for a diagnostic cost see what was wrong. Clerk stated it would be $125 + tax and they would repair the charging port, battery, and any soldering or rewiring. I asked asked again to confirm that the battery would be replaced and they said it's all included in the "switch power repair" price. I asked the clerk to write down or provide the list of services and they said it's all in their switch power repair service. I asked for a business card with this person's name so I could pick it up from him. He said they don't have cards and directed me to the card on the table. I took photos of the receipt and card. 10 days later I called to pick up the device. I asked what was the issue and they said a C charging port. I asked what the total would be and they said $125 + tax. I asked if they changed the battery and they said no, the battery was ok. I said that the repower work list includes c - port, soldering, and new battery and they said the battery was fine. I told them I was quoted $125+ tax for all services. The clerk said if you don't want to pay we can remove the port and break the sliding they did and gladly give it back broken. This not appropriate response. I go to the store to get the device and ask them for the diagnostic report. The clerk won't give it to me cause they can't print it. I ask if I can take a photo and they said no. I ask her to show that the device turns on and it's at 19%. They didn't even fully charge the device. I ask for a warranty and it's in the receipt. The warranty states they will only fix the same item they repaired so it only covers the c port. So be clear: They mis quote you and state every will be fixed. They they only fix what was broken not honoring the repair package. Then they give you a "warranty" for only the item they repaired - which is ok but you will never know what is broken because they don't give you the diagnostic report. So on Day 2 of warranty if it is the port they could say it's the battery and charge you another $125+tax. Do not go to this store. They great you up front and promise to repair everything and then same money replacing only one item, don't tell you what was broken, and threaten to break the item if you don't pay. Good scam system.

They did an exceptional job on fixing my phone's screen and the turnaround time had to be at least an hour! Price seemed fair and they responded fast when it came to setting up my appointment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

First of all, I've paid for verizons insurance since the beginning of time. Never had to use it before, so I was unaware that they had this customer service option to send these guys to your house and fix your phone. We were told if they weren't able to fix the phone at the van, then 99$ under insurance to fix it. OK. Great. My husband called Monday and uBreakiFix was here on Tuesday. The gentleman they sent was named Stephen. He was absolutely wonderful. I was nervous at first and told him. He assured me he doesn't enter the home and does everything in the van. He was in and out, around 30mins. I had a brand new phone with everything on it. I'm absolutely pleased and shocked. Can I tip this man? If anyone we know has an issue, we will certainly refer you guys.

Had to get my girls I phone screen fixed and contacted these guys and they had someone out in 2 days , Stephen was cool as it gets and very understanding and did a awsome job!! So I Already got my phone set up to get my screen done on Friday and will now be doing all my future business with these guys. From my experience I would Definitely recommend them to a family member or friend in the future, Thanks Stephen and UbreakIfix for taking care of us 💪

I bought a Pixel 9 Pro XL right when they were released and the next month, I cracked the screen by dropping my phone! It has been difficult to find a reputable phone repair shop that has my screen but this store had one on hand and fixed my phone the same day I called! Phone is working great now, the craftsmanship looks good and the price was $40 cheaper than other quotes I got. The reason I went with uBreakiFic is I read on Google's website that they are an authorized repair shop. Happy with the choice and the 1 year warranty is pretty good (although CPR has a lifetime warranty).
