Staples

The printing team is top notch! I trust them to be kind and dependable. Even when I know they are busy, they slow down to answer my questions and give me guidance on my printing needs. As a local author and educator, this means a lot. They are also open late, which has been helpful. Now, I am planning a large event. My knee-jerk for such a large order is to "shop local." But the kindness and patience I recieve from Chris and the rest of the printing team IS local. It feels like I am interacting with people in my community (which I am) instead of a big corporate beast. Thank you so much Staples of Lansing!

Professional polite kind staff actually installed a micro chip disk in my security camera I was having trouble in—I took it off house and brought camera into store and David installed it for me as he promised. Another guy helped was with him the day before but I didn’t catch his name. Both were so helpful and knowledgeable. My thanks.

I have been shopping at Staples for decades. (A couple of the clerks and I have known each other and we always seek each other out to at least say "Hello"). I find what I want when I'm directed to the issue or recently even walked over to the new location for the printer inks. I've never had a single complaint with Staples !

While I am disappointed that they closed the Staples on the westside of Lansing, I appreciate the great customer service that the Frandor store provides. Being near Michigan State University they seem to hire a lot of college kids and they are all positive energetic young adults. Not chip on the shoulder students that fill positions in other retailers. This is a credit to them and the management. The management either has a nack for hiring quality people or a skill for being out the best in them. Either way my experience there is always a pleasant one.
