Capitol Macintosh - Apple Authorized Service Provider / Reseller

I highly recommend Capitol Macintosh! I went there when my laptop keyboard was broken, and I was hoping I wouldn't have to just buy a new computer. The service representative was extremely helpful in sharing what I could expect with the service, possible outcomes, and a timeline. I really appreciate that they explained a couple options for solving the problem, providing price estimates for both, and didn't just encourage me to buy new. I dropped off my computer on a Friday morning, not expecting to have it back for at least a week, and they were able to implement a fix so I could pick it up that same day! I spoke with the owner when I picked up my computer, so I was able to interact with two different people and both were so friendly and knowledgeable. Great service and reasonable prices! I will definitely visit Capitol Macintosh again!

Staffs here are incredibly knowledge and kind! My laptop was overheating and they had it fixed within 48 hours! The cost of labor is incredibly reasonable and I didn't have to wait for a week or more to get my laptop back like how it would be if you bring any product to repair at an Apple store.

Amara has been fantastic to work with. I reached out to her with an odd-ball request about a month ago and she could not assist. Later she contacted me again with some information and we were able to make a deal on some collectors items. I firmly believe that great businesses are built on relationships and relationships are built on trust. There is no doubt in my mind that they will earn my business again and that their people first approach will keep them operating as a great business.

The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. They helped me replace a battery on a MacBook that was too old for the Apple Store. They were transparent with the process and costs. It was done quicker than anticipated! I plan on coming here first anytime I have issues with my Mac and iPhone.

Worst customer service ever! Go anywhere but here. I was told my fix would be 2 days that turned into almost 2 weeks. When asked they told me I could take it somewhere else. I arrived to pick up my stuff at 830a which is the start of their day. The guy didn’t show until 9. When asked why, I was told, I just couldn’t make it. Then they didn’t return all of my equipment. When I arrived again at 830 no one was there. When I got my gear I was told it was my fault for leaving it with them. They charge 10 bucks if you pay with a card. Terrible place, don’t use these guys
