I made an appointment for a service covered by AppleCare and arrived early. A team member (Adam) was able to help me before my appointment time and went out of his way to make it a good experience. I was out of there within 15 minutes of my appointment time and was happy with the outcome. I know it can be frustrating to go with technology issues but I am constantly reminded of how much better their service is than other large tech companies.

My husband and I stopped in yesterday (12.22.2024) to pick out a new phone. We were greeted by Adam who is an excellent associate! He was so thorough in explaining the differences between the iPhone 16’s in very specific detail. We’ve actually shopped as a family here several times, and Adam certainly wins best associate by far! After purchase he scheduled an appointment for us, and said it wouldn’t be a long wait. Honestly, within 5 minutes we were greeted by Ella. She was so fast and efficient answering all questions(concerns). We had a wonderful experience!

Never been in an apple store before, so the checkout experience was a bit odd. There is no register, and the employees need to ring you out. They didn't understand what a 3.5mm jack was, which I guess makes sense for an Apple store lol. Very nice and well kept together place however

Fantastic experience. I made an appointment with the Genius Bar. Waited for 1 minute and Danny said he was here to help me. It took him 5 seconds to figure out what was wrong. I had Assistive Touch engaged. He turned that off and no more problem. Thanks Danny

I got checked in, waited for about 40 mins and then someone asked what my name was and I was never checked in…. Self check in from your phone or a device in store would’ve been better. Nothing was done about it no manager came and spoke to me.
