The hard drive partially crashed on my wife's computer the day before she had an online seminar to record that she prepaid several weeks ago. I walked in to computer house calls unannounced and requested to have all data transferred from bad drive to a new one. Due to the computer being an older refurbished model, Duane suggested I upgrade to a new computer. He looked up a good make and model for what my wife uses it for and I quickly ran to a local computer store and bought it. Duane jumped right on my project Thursday morning and had everything completed by Friday afternoon. By Friday night my wife was watching and recording her seminar. Our computer stopped working and we needed it repaired. Although we decided to go in a different direction, we received excellent service! Dwayne promptly called us with the issue, the recommended solution, and an estimated quote for necessary repairs. If we, unfortunately, have computer issues again, we will confidently return to CHC.
