Steve is very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what needs to be repaired so I can understand. His pricing is reasonable. My computer is returned to me within a couple days. I've always been highly satisfied with ProTech Computers and appreciate their service in our community.

Turned on my work laptop this morning, and found out my hard drive was going bad. Would run for about 15 minutes, and then would shut down. Took it to Steve at ProTech Computers, who provided a detailed explanation of what he was going to try to do to fix the problem. Approximately 5 hours later, I had my laptop back, and it is fully functional. He was able to clone the defective hard drive to a new and faster drive. I’ve been able to work for the past few hours and am so thankful that I did not lose any applications or data. And to top it off, the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend ProTech Computers!
