It may not seem significant, changing back to Yahoo Classic Mail but, I thought I would lose my mind. Certainly spent way too much trying to figure it out myself over an entire weekend. Monday came, one phone and two very nice chats with Kirsten and Noah and, by golly, issued resolved, remotely no less! Great service, patient, affirming, efficient. The man helping me made sure I had the right protections on my computer, explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it which eased any worries I had about the process. There was so many things he told me about which immediately improved the way my computer was running and he stayed with me over the phone until all my issues were addressed.
