Didn't have access to my iPhone, screen was damaged which impacted the ability to operate. Brandon quickly assessed the situation and recommended a new screen that they had in-stock to resolve the issue, then he took the time to replace the screen and restore my phone. Thank you for outstanding customer service!

Very knowledgeable. Great service, attitude & customer service. I'm not tech savvy & after finding a business that understands not everyone is& doesn't take advantage of lack of tech knowledge. I'll be a return customer. They have any of our phone or computer repair business if needed in the future. I accidentally smashed the front of my phone& worried I'd loose important pics& info on that phone. Very grateful .

Great experience. They gave me an estimate for my broken phone that was kind of pricey, but still $100 less than replacing my phone. Even with having to special order the screen, it was still only a two day repair. They communicated every step of the way, were pleasant to work with, and the quality of their work was top notch - my phone looks and acts like factory-new. I'm glad to have this business nearby in Ionia.

Zero stars. Brandon led me to believe I was purchasing a brand new phone. I had the phone for about a half hour and realized he had sold me a refurbished phone which was far more expensive than any of the refurbished phones (same make and model) that were available online. I decided to return the phone less than 1 hour later. Brandon never told me that I would be charged a restocking fee. It wasn't until I viewed the return receipt that I noticed the restocking charge which was over $300. Upon disputing the restocking charge with Brandon, he claimed that it was quite a process to clear my information off from the phone. Not true. It's as simple as pushing a button and doing a factory reset. Because I was treated so unfairly, my only option was to file a small claims dispute and let a judge decide my fate. Buyers beware!
