Terrible experience, my computer was there for a month with what should have been a simple repair, called 2x per week and never got a call back. Finally just picked it up and my brand new computer was in a shambles of bits and pieces in boxes. The picture below is my once brand new computer. Follow up, all the parts were into your shop within several days and it was mostly all put together. Then it sat for nearly a month and you ignored all of my calls. We also believe it’s just an assembly issue and nothing is wrong with any of the parts. A true professional would have had this completed in a day. I also asked several times if you were returning everything to me and you repeatedly said yes, but now the screws are missing. This is pure incompetence. I made repeated phone calls and trips to this place for nothing. I really don’t know who has time for this type of nonsense.

Used him a couple times and it was great! Needed more help later on and left 2 messages on his machine and never got a call back, going on almost a year. A call back would've been great or at the very least say you are to busy to call anyone back on the voice-mail. Jim is a great guy, just frustrating when no one ever calls back.
