Instant Phone Repair

Today I dropped my phone into a bowl of soup (don't ask lol). After trying a few things at home that were suggested on the net, I was still receiving the warning my charging port was wet and/or had debris in it. So I was starting to panic because my phone, like most of us these days, is so important on many levels. So I called the store and spoke to Jason. He suggested I bring it in sooner rather than later. Since I have been home sick since Friday I was hesitant to go out, but sure am glad I did. Jason did a few things that we hoped would help, but it was still not working. His advice was to give it a few more hours and to call him if it still was not working as the next step would be the need to replace the port etc. At that point, he also quoted me the cost to repair it which I thought was more than a fair price. Fortunately the phone actually started to work in less than an hour! Jason did not charge me for his time, which was totally unexpected but sure appreciated. The best part is, though this all ended up being a short and minor inconvenience, had it not been, I would have missed 2 very important calls regarding a loved one. So JASON TY! TY! TY! It is nice to know there are still good & honest business people out there willing to help.

Excellent results! So very happy. I had an S10 phone that completely crashed and would not turn on again. When I bought my new phone I asked the cell phone store to transfer my photos and text messages and they said they couldn't because my S10 would not turn on. I did not back up my photos and thought I had lost all my pictures from the last several years, I was heartbroken. “I SHOT MY PHONE!” So I accidentally shot my phone like an idiot I was terrified of the consequences, when I called other stores they gave me outlandish numbers and I was even more scared.
