I walked into Sunray Computers midday on the Saturday before the New Year holiday. Since I didn't have an appointment, I wasn't expecting to be able to accomplish more than to schedule a return visit sometime after the holiday, but to my great surprise, Joseph stopped what he was doing and immediately looked at my computer. He was able to quickly identify the problem and give me a written estimate for the repairs necessary, as well as schedule an appointment for me to return at my convenience to get the work done. Joseph was professional and knowledgeable, but still friendly and funny. I am exceedingly pleased that the part needed to make my laptop functional was ordered while Joseph was explaining how the piece had likely gotten damaged in the first place. My total turn-around for the job was under a week (with 2 of those days being National holidays) and the cost was a fraction of what I was expecting! I VERY HIGHLY recommend Sunray Computers and their technician, Joseph for any of your I.T. needs!
