Called to see if they would help me with a pc build, but the guy didn't even let me finish what I was telling him and told me that he doesn't even like to work on pc that's been personally built. If that's the case, then put that on your description, buddy okay also don't cut people off when they're talking just so you can save them time.

Great customer service and very prompt with installation of our new computer. Our desktop had died, and Glen was able to restore everything. He even explained various things about computers in general, viruses, anti-virus software, etc. Wonderful job, Glen !!!

I have been taking my computer issues to Glen Houting for many years with very good to excellent results. he is always friendly and solves my problems if it is in his expertise. if he can't solve an issue he tells me that on the phone when I call him to discuss before I make the trip in.
