I took my PC to QPCTech today. It was the first time I ever took a PC to a repair shop. I didn't know how to do the things I needed done (2 sticks DDR5 RAM and an NVME SSD install). Colin was the one who worked on my PC. It was done in 30 minutes and he did a great job. Very professional and answered all my questions. Had a slight hiccup on startup, I called and he (Colin) gave me a step by step walkthrough to fix what was a very small issue. If my PC needs work done again or if I am upgrading again, I will most definitely be taking my rig back to QPCTech.

I found some floppy disc in some old pictures. In order to view what was on them i needed help getting them off the floppy disc on onto my tablet. Qpcttech made this happen in 5 minutes. Great job!

With 3 dual-monitor systems, multiple laptops and tablets, two printers, all linked up in one way or another, AND one of them with massive storage capacity, AND massive storage auto back-up you'd better know what you're doing. THEY DO. Have worked with the owners for many years, trust their work and their integrity.

Purchased an HDD a long time ago but never left a review. If you need something fixed I've heard great things and if you need parts ASAP and don't have time to order like the situations I've found myself in many times you will not anywhere near here find a better price nor better information/help for whatever you need.
