Really bad service, was told to come back in an hour by 2 men who said they were too understaffed to help me with amazon returns but were standing around talking and there was no one in the store. Its a shame because I normally do shop there when doing returns but I will never return and go to UPS instead where people are kind.

A great place to visit for all your office needs. When you drop off your amazon orders you also get a little more than you bargained for with the staff. Usually you hear swearing, sigh's, you get eye rolls and "not my f'n' job comments". Usually you have to pay money for that kind of entertainment.

This Staples store is immaculate and organized. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The print center is very helpful and provides a fast turnaround on most jobs! I appreciate the customer service and knowledgeable staff at this store.

PSA: If you buy an HP Printer from Staples, do not allow the sales person to talk you into a free trial of Instant Ink. It is a scam. I don't know how much Staples gets paid for each sucker they sign up, but it must be substantial. When the "free" trial ends, HP automatically begins charging you a monthly fee. When you try to cancel the subscription, HP takes over your printer and will not allow you to use it "until you enroll in Instant Ink." This once great American tech company has descended into a criminal enterprise. Nice going, Hewlett Packard. I will never buy another printer from you again.
