Once again, Grosse Pointe Geek delivered, efficiently, kindly and with expertise. This time, Carson cleaned up a tangle of defunct and current lines connecting our phone, TV, DVD and Blue Ray boxes and it's never looked better. Plus reasonable prices make them our go-to now when we need tech help.

I'd give 6 starts if I could, both the manager and the technician I worked with were knowledgeable, prompt, and were very reasonable on pricing. I brought them a home-built ~4 year old gaming PC that was having issues that I was struggling to fix, since the computer would not stay on long enough to run many tests. Another very large chain computer store had this computer for weeks, and came up empty. Grosse Pointe Geek had theories on the issue from my first call, did the testing to confirm as soon as the machine arrived, and returned the computer after replacing only the problematic parts. Couldn't be happier with their service, definitely recommend them no matter how complicated the issue.

They charged me a fair price ($25) to remove a ball of silica gel that had become jammed in the audio jack of my laptop. I simply did not have the proper tools to do it myself, and they didn't price gouge me. They were also very friendly and polite.

The service from both Steve and James was nothing short of fantastic. They were very , very knowledgeable about Windows 10 and many of the other programs that I have on my computer. I have used them for several years but this is a new high in the friendliness and competence of the individuals. I would highly recommend these gentlemen from Grosse Pointe Geek and the company personnel for all their help. I can only begin to describe how wonderfully helpful Anthony and Nate have been to me with my recent computer problems. They helped me find a company to restore my damaged hard drive at a reasonable price, guided me in the selection of a new computer, and then patiently helped me with every step of the set up process. They have been endlessly available and helpful. Their "Worry Free" program is the best money I've ever spent.
