Access Unlimited Internet Services

I had a chromebook that wouldn't hold a charge. I called the Best Buy geek squad and they quoted a one week wait while it was sent out. I found access unlimited could do it for the same price and I got it back the next day. Very nice, professional couple. Use our local talented business people whenever possible. I highly recommend this business.

Very knowledgeable staff. Thoroughly listened to what I wanted done to my computer, and gave me several options to improve it's performance. They also were honest about what wouldn't help it. Prices were extremely reasonable and work was done when they said it would be. Very good at communicating technical information in a way that I could understand it!...couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Wasted my time and money. I drop my computer off on December 27 to be fixed. I called back a week later and they hadn’t gotten to it claiming that the holidays was to blame. I called back two weeks after I had dropped it off and she told me that it was next on the bench. The following Wednesday I called and they told me it was still on the bench (so must not have been next like they claimed on previous phone call.) and that they should have a part and be able to call me that afternoon. The next day, three weeks after I dropped it off, I called because I hadn’t heard anything and they were looking for right size cable which she told me when I had drop it off would have to order because they didn’t carry. Then stated she could get it usually in one day. Call today four weeks later and they still don’t even have the part that I was told was going to be a next day. Now they charged me $40 just to have them do nothing but waste a my time as now I have to spend more time getting to a more competent repair facility. Stew did not have any customer service skills and did not care at all about my frustration.
