Shop wasn't open during posted business hours and nobody returned my call when I called the number posted on the door.

Stopped by many times and was never open. About 2 years ago I did have the owner back up my Mac computer and he was very knowledgeable. The misleading hours of operation is unfortunate. No matter how good you are if you are not available or in communications, it is a poor business model.

The only reason why I'm giving a star is that they sell vinyl, even tho it's high priced. I am not happy with the service. We took my gf daughters iPads to get new screens in September and gave a deposit. We just got them back in December. They weren't even fixed. I was lied to by the owner about the status of them and he would not return messages. I had to contact the property manager and threaten police involvement. Do not trust this place for repair. He has to much on his plate and will not accept the fact that he can't fix or is to lazy electronics.

Lots of cool vinyl records and the guy there was nice, but the store was only open 2 out of the 10 times I've stopped by. One time, I walked up to the door and found a note taped to it from someone threatening to call the better business bureau of he didn't get their computer back to them...

The owner installed a new battery in my iphone 6 for $70. the battery lasted for a month and now no longer holds a charge. I have a hunch it wasn't the correct battery to begin with, because if i gently shook my phone i could feel the new battery move around inside. Regardless, I can't get my phone fixed by apple now because the battery was installed by a 3rd party, albeit incorrectly. I have to buy a new phone now thanks to 2nd Chance Tech.
