Great experience, very reasonable prices. Was able to update my 2013 MacBookPro (thought to be one of the best years for the product) so I could get the recent OS system. Set me up with a card deck size back up vs. my cumbersome table top model. So glad they're in town.

You can’t go wrong with these guys! I am definitely going back there when I need a new computer. I brought my old computer in today and they fixed the issues I was having and didn’t even charge me. Both guys are super friendly and knowledgeable! They have a lot of very good refurbished laptops and desktops as well!😀

I go to Grand Rapids Macs all the time, even though it is half an hour out of my way, because I genuinely appreciate the service. Very helpful, loyal to customers, and better deals than big companies will give you. I recommend them for anyone who uses Macbooks or other Apple products.

I could not recommend this place enough. Brendan was extremely helpful in troubleshooting my old MacBook Pro. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
