I walked in needing my charging port replaced on my phone. They were very nice and helpful. They had it repaired and ready for pick up within 3 hours. The price was reasonable and there's a 1 year warranty on the part they replaced. Great experience, will be going back (hopefully not any time soon ha)

I have been here several times for phone screen repairs and this time for a battery replacement for my Google Pixel 4a. They have always been fantastic -- quick, informative, respectful -- and the repairs have worked so well! This time in particular, my tech, Kyle, did a great job letting me know what to expect with my repair. Would 100% recommend!

Awesome job. Went back and forth to a couple of At&t stores because I had unwanted ads popping up all over my phone. Finally one person said go over to Ubreakit. I went in and a gentleman by the name of Tim knew exactly what to do to fix my problem. I am glad I came here. Very professional and got the job done right without giving me the run around. My five year old Samsung Galaxy A10e would not plug in all the way and charge. Brought it to the shop and the clerk gave it to someone to look at it. He pulled a tiny piece of paper out of the charging port and now it plugs in and charges fine. He sent me on my way with no charge! I consider that an act of high integrity because they could have charged me the $80 (to start) fee for looking at it. I didn't dare try to clean it because I would have broken something.
