They bring back the "human touch" to retail-office supply shopping and go the extra mile to ensure that their customers are receiving their most competitive offers/reward earning options and even honoring competitor store pricing when it is lower!

Idk if I went on a bad day or what but this place was a bit of a mess. I went in to grab a print pickup but it they did it all wrong and I had to wait another 45 minutes to get it. The lady blamed it on the system and said 4 other people had their orders done wrong that day. I showed her the email with what I had actually ordered online. She redid it but seemed really frustrated with her job. Then I thought I would browse a bit while I waited but the whole store was totally disheveled and a lot of items didn’t have prices displayed so I left and went to a different store while I waited. When I came back, a different guy helped me and took way too long to get my name, look me up in the computer, look for my order, and confirm I already paid when they girl I talked to before (less than an hour ago) was still there and said nothing to help him. I even saw my order on the counter and he looked over it without checking if it was mine. I had to point it out for him. Overall the final print was good quality and what I was hoping for but the whole experience was not the best. Seems like their employees need to be treated better and they need to update their system.

I helped a friend, an artist, make paper & envelope choices for a holiday greeting card. She took the information to the counter at Staples and was immediately helped. The art was scanned and digitally positioned on the front of the holiday card. Once a proof was printed and accepted by my friend, the printing team queued the job for printing. The job was complete the next day.

Ordered some AA batteries online and picked them up at the store. Quick and easy transaction from beginning to end. Great place to shop for your electronic, office and computer needs

Something is terribly wrong when a customer presents themselves at the print department and request one copy on nicer paper and is told that it will take 5 hours. No customer service offering stand by printing for a very small job is almost unbelievable until it happens. Workers almost seem happy to turn you away when a customer is unable to wait 5 hours. Training or policy seems poorly executed.
