I brought my 2017 MacBook Pro in for a battery replacement that has been over due. Recently I had also noticed higher cpu temps with the exhaust air not feeling that hot. With a battery replacement Zack also cleaned the heat sink and fans. Zack really went above and beyond for my expectations in even having the device ready for pick-up in under 2-hours!

Would 1000% recommend. Prices and service are fantastic. I have a 14pro max and have called numerous places and it was a huge wait time because they would have to order it to just receive the back screen area for my phone. He had the back to my phone in the color deep purple in stock as no one else did. He replaced the back of my phone and got a new battery in it and my phone looks brand new.

I have a couple year old Apple SE, which had a broken screen, but still functional. Then the battery started to die. Lake Effect repaired my phone with new parts in stock over $100 less than the Apple Store with no appointment needed. Added bonus mom and pop shop with excellent service.
