I’ve always had good experience at the Apple Store. My most recent visit was checking out the Vision Pro which I think is a magnificent product. I’m gonna hold off on buying it just because it can get a bit strenuous wearing it for too long ( and I only was o Ly testing it for 20 mins) I’ll wait a little bit before I feel like decide to replace my computer for something like this. It’s definitely something you have to get used to.. but in a sense of being revolutionary, I say this is a thought for it.

Very rude unprofessional staff!!! Questioned what I was doing there several times and was almost mocking me by saying I didn’t know my phone’s apple password because I had logged out of my account to double check my password to give to them. I had made an appointment to have them look at my phone’s screen to determine if it was broken or not. Apparently, it wasn’t broken after all just the screen protector. I had never used the type of screen protector that shatters before… so how was I to know? Also, the person who checked me in looked at my phone beforehand and said the screen was indeed broken… Wow! I could have avoided the unnecessary process with the jerk techie on staff📲

Brought my fully functional phone in to get the back glass replaced. At the pickup time I was told by several people that my phone was completed and would be out soon. About 20 minutes later I was told that it failed a diagnostic test so they will complete another repair that would wipe my phone. About 30 minutes after that they came back out to tell me that my phone was now broken. When trying to figure out what happened we asked why a second repair was made without talking to me first. The technician (a tall man with glasses and a beard) said they couldn’t return a “partially broken phone” when I pointed out that they were returning a fully broken phone he told us that “it’s not on him”. After going to our provider we were sent back to this store, the second technician we worked with admitted that it was taken apart in the wrong order initially which is why they broke it. Long story short some people know what they’re doing and some are so clueless that they’ll break your device

Very disappointed in the service here at Apple! I had a phone that had been destroyed to the point of being an absolute loss. I thought all would be well because I had AppleCare + with Theft and Loss. However, that was not the case at this store! I entered my Apple ID into their system and was told “nope, I don’t see any coverage” by the lady working there. We politely went back and forth before I questioned her on why I would be paying a monthly bill for AppleCare if I didn’t have it. She shrugged her shoulders and asked where I bought the phone. I told her that it was at Best Buy and she told me to go get help from them. She was very dismissive and acted like she just wanted to get rid of me. When I got home, I jumped on my computer and logged into iCloud to find out that I in fact did have the AppleCare coverage. I called Apple’s tech support and they helped me get a new phone coming right away! The bottom line is that this store does not care about actually servicing their customers with issues and just wants to send those customers out the door. They’d rather just sell the new devices and not help existing customers solve their issues. I thought Apple stores were supposed to hire top notch people! That is clearly NOT the case here at Woodland!

Jared and Devon are both great. By far best experiences I've ever had with apple employees. Super knowledgeable, great customer service, and explain things very efficiently without making me feel like an idiot. Both of them were able to work with other customers while also seeing me but managed it very well and I was never confused. They both deserve a raise! The same cannot be said for some of the other employees. I was serviced by 2 other employees. The first constantly talked to me as if I was an idiot. "Can I back up the information from this device to another device before we send it off to be fixed? I was told about a way to make a carbon copy." The man I asked acted like this was a stupid question and dodged answering it. He eventually left and I asked Devon the same thing. She did it with no problems. Another employee continually pushed a product on me AFTER I repeatedly said I was not interested in it. $1200 purchase and not even a "let me know if you have any questions!" from him. Overall, this store is terribly organized and getting your problem fixed is completely up to luck of the draw. Hire more people like Devon and Jared!
