Store is fine and people friendly. The one star is so that hopefully mgmt sees this and understands the severe trip hazard they have created when going out into parking lot. Asphalt layer is now several inches above sidewalk height. We were fine, but then watched a poor elderly lady almost fall to the ground out in the parking lot. Please fix!

Great Experience at Staples Grand Blanc! I visited Staples in Grand Blanc to print a check delivered to me via email. The "consumer" controls on the self-service printer wasn’t producing a clear enough copy for my bank to accept online. Sean from the print department noticed I was having trouble and quickly offered his experience. He used the employee printer to produce a perfect copy, and within minutes, I was able to deposit it successfully. Sean's willingness to step in and assist was a refreshing example of great customer service—something that can be hard to find these days. I really appreciated his help!
