The screen on my grandsons tablet needed to be replaced. I took it here and the price was very reasonable. I deducted one star because it took a lot longer than expected, but they were courteous and friendly and I was satisfied with the work. If you go there, and it's your first time, be sure to ask about their "new customer discount".

uBreakiFix was there to help me when no one else was. I just bought the new Google Pixel 9 Pro XL from my local Spectrum store and after only 30 days of having the phone it crashed. Spectrum told me there was only 1 way of having a phone that works same day and it was to pay off my current phone and pay for a new one. I went to this establishment and within 3 hours I had my phone back and working. The team at uBreakiFix explained how I do have a warranty and it was a simple display issue that was fixed with a brand new screen for free. Awesome Work and Highly Recommend!

My first unfortunate screen-broken experience with my Samsung Galaxy S23 was, by far, more exceptional than I could have hoped for! The repair was completed faster than I expected, they inspected the phone for other damage beyond just the bad glass, and the service was great...ALL THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS! I had low hopes when they only had late appointment times available online, and thought I was out of luck....cannot tell you how completely wrong I was. Thank you so much to this store for getting my phone back to me quickly and in perfect condition.

I recently had to take my phone in to get a new battery. They explained everything to me and everyone I met there was very polite. After they got the parts in I had my phone back in 2 hours. I highly recommend taking your devices to them!

The customer service was great! I called due to screen issues in my son’s phone. They told me the stops to file a claim with AT&T and what time to bring it in to ensure I can get the phone back same day. Devin was great to work with and called when the phone was ready. Highly recommend!!
