My son's eight year old laptop had a keyboard that was acting up. Since it's been working fine otherwise, we decided to check out local repair shops and CompuNinjas came up. Their service is by appointment. Turns out the keyboard was faulty, but replaceable. Parts were ordered and his laptop was ready in about ten days. Best of all, the cost was less than the estimate! It's been a week and the laptop is still working fine! Highly recommend.
