I went to CPR Cell Phone Repair on Silver Lake Parkway in Fenton because my phone had a cracked screen and was unusable. Ashton was there when I came in, listened to my problem, quickly gave me a reasonable quote, even though my phone was old (they had the screen in stock); and said it could be done in a couple of hours, even though my appointment was in the afternoon. Ashton was personable, readily answered my questions with knowledge, and DIDN'T try to sell me something I didn't want. The repair was done in LESS time than Ashton estimated, and my phone is as good as knew! Two thumbs up!!

I was given honest and upfront advice about repairing my phone and the cost. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything. My phone was able to be repaired because he went above and beyond. I was referred to this CPR store by my son who also had a positive experience. I highly recommend this business...and not taking your phone to the beach

This man saved me $600-1000 just getting my phone to charge. Was at several places. The phone provider referred me to CPR. That man and I believe, your staff is talented l. Had me fixed in 5 minutes. Other places I went wanted to take my phone and come back days later! Your man at that store today! Give him a raise! Effective today! Much love, God bless.

i would give it a 4/5. i did my claim through T-Mobile since the screen repair for one of the phones in our account (S21 Ultra) was just $29. we’re from auburn hills so it was pretty far for us. the phone was cracked pretty bad as there was lines and flashes. he told us not to worry and it would be ready in 2 hours. i asked if they need the passcode so they test it but they said they don’t need it. i was kinda is skeptical since they would just put on the screen and not test it. i come back and turn on the phone and i see a defect in the screen. i tell him about it and he says that they can replace it same day or they out it back in the old screen on. we were in a rush at the time so we had just left with the defect. they also said that they can replace it whenever we come back. honestly it’s a bummer that they didn’t test it at least on the lock screen. it definitely was an accident and said it was an issue from samsung. after a few days with the phone there’s like a clicking sound on the back bottom of the phone and glue slipping out by the cameras. if i had time i would take the phone back for it to have a look but were a busy family and do not have the time plus it’s very far from us. but i would come back if i ever have an issue with our devices with a T-Mobile claim.

Attention was great. The employee that worked on my phone was very skilled and had a very good knowledge on the iPhones repair. Definitely I'd come back again.
