Called midday on a weekend and received fast but thorough same day service due to him happening to have some availability, which was not expected but greatly appreciated. Was able to do more advanced troubleshooting then I was able to at home help identify that I had a faulty motherboard in a PC build and offer recommendations for how to proceed. Reasonably fair price. Would go to again if there were further issues.

He knew what the issue with my computer was before we even got off the phone, and charged me only the diagnostic fee + cost of replacement part.
