Don’t waste your time. Lon is a complete liar, took my hard drive and ghosted me 3 times in a row. He kept promising great results from tests but couldn’t provide any proof and ultimately after 3 weeks, left me with a drive full of corrupted files and told me I can “Google” some recovery programs to try. I could’ve had an actual professional company take care of this instead of this lazy guy with a front. Super disappointed! Ps don’t be fooled when he says “Have you seen my reviews?!” - They’re mostly fake if you look into it - but you can definitely mention mine. Seriously save your time & energy.

Dropped off my equipment for repair, was given a quote, and then ghosted by this company unfortunately. Thankfully I didn’t give them any payments, but I did schedule work to be done, and then never heard from them again. I’m happy to take my equipment elsewhere, but they’ve been unresponsive to my calls and e-mails, and still have my property. Was disappointed by my experience as this company came highly recommended.

We are really happy with the service we received from Lon with Zipnerdz! He picked up and dropped off our computer. The price was very reasonable. He was able to repair our computer without losing of our data. Great customer service! We'll definitely recommend Zipnerdz and will use them again if we need repairs in the future.

I was very pleased with my services. I had to get my macbook air screen replaced and ZipNerdz made it really convenient and cost efficient. I called to get a quote and the quote was exactly what I paid. I was able to be updated through text messaging and the turn around time was as expect!
