Jordan greeted me a soon as I walked in and assured me that he could accommodate me. I wanted to have my phone cleaned because I work outdoors and a lot of dust and dirt accumulated inside my phone protector. Once I saw how bad it was I asked Jordan about getting a new one and I am so pleased about it being "double-protected". This is my 3rd experience with this company and I am very pleased!

I had damaged the screen on my work computer. Ordered a replacement, but IT guys at work were unsure about doing the work themselves...so I called around to a number of different places, but these folks were the only ones who could do the work within 24 hours of when I dropped it off. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone, and equally as helpful when I dropped it off. They had it done and ready to pick up the next morning. Because of how pleased I was with the work, IT guys from work have asked me to take another computer to them to have some work done on it. (Some soldering work on battery connection) I highly recommend these folks.

The people were real nice, gave easy to understand answers, helped me really quickly! The reason for only 4 stars instead of 5 is a simple one. The pricing. I can understand physical repairs being around or over a hundred dollars, but 65ish for a simple cleaning? As someone who is tight with money I feel it's a little over priced for 7 minutes of work, with even an employee saying over the phone it's incredibly easy to do. I hope for future visits they could lower the pricing for just cleaning to around 40-50 dollars instead. Overall though it's a nice business.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication. Was told by Verizon to come to this store to check my phone and possibly to have it cleaned since it was not scanning and it was freezing. I had a 10am appointment and Abdallah H was unprofessional, lacked any communication with us. Was told to leave the phone and will check it out and we can pick it up at 12. When we arrived to pick the phone up. Abdallah H just handed me the phone. I had to ask if he found anything and he said no. He never told us what was done if anything and we had to ask for a receipt before we left. Abdallah H should not be in a customer service position.

Better than samsung help desk! I had a problem with my new buds3pro rubber ripped and plastic part stuck on. The Samsung help desk had no clue what I'm talking about, didn't know their own product. Bestbuy also said they couldn't remove it. I went to u break I fix and he removed it in less than 2 minutes. Knowledge matters.
