They General Manager, Mr. Taylor is really a very good manager. He helps all of his Employee. I have been there several times and he is always go the extra miles to satisfy his customers. I have been there several time where his Employee call him on spot to complete their transaction. Staples Company is very lucky to have someone to manage their store. Company need to help him by hiring more people in that busy store.

Visited this location recently and received exceptional service!!! Purchased 3 office chairs and they honored a price match!!! Transaction was seamless, the manager was really nice and knowledgeable, and the cashier was polite and professional. I would definitely shop at this location again.

Visiting Staples, was a really good turn out. The product I was looking for, was not hard to find. Staples staff ,greeted me with concern and helpfulness. Found the product and made sure, that I understood it's benefit of ultimate use.

I ordered something from the print section of the store. While they were very busy, they communicated and made sure my order was received on time. When I stopped in the store to check on timing, they let me know what was going on and gave me a good estimate of when my order would be ready, they beat the 7:00pm time by a couple hours even though they had someone call off. They do have a couple newer employees on registers that are still learning, but overall a great experience.

Absolute lie.. I don't know why Amazon contracted with staples.. these people HATE doing returns, as If they are paying me out of their pockets for my return!
