Today my husband was having a computer crisis, he typed his fathers complete obituary out, and it disappeared. He was able to be seen very quickly by the staff specifically technician Zac, who was very thorough, professional and patient. Under these circumstances this was very touching to receive work so quick and diligent. The documents were retrieved, Thank you Zac! hope you get a raise!

If they aren't able to help you, they can point you in the right direction. Knowledgeable staff and scheduling online made the process super quick. I've had their assistance with lap tops, desk tops, gaming consoles, and more.

I made a mistake two weeks ago which resulted in my USB seemingly being wiped!! I was traumatized on the inside. I took it to one best buy and the guy listened to me and told me that you have to make an appointment but your stuff is probably gone......and if you leave it with us they going to have to send it to Kentucky where it will cost thousands. Boy did this discourage me. But a customer listening told me to make an appointment anyway. My appointment ended up being at rhe best buy in Dearborn. The lady tried but couldn't do anything. Then she got another guy to work on it. And he got it back. When I came home I put it in followed their instructions and BAM!!!!!! Everything!!! Two things.......dont give up after being discouraged.......And second, the person that could be a blessing to you may be in another store, another city, another, gender, or even another ethnicity!!!!!
