Internet goes down often. They like to avoid replacing your router when you pay for their warranty. Support like to promise call backs when the issue is resolved which they never make and then hang up on you when you nicely point that out... (ain't that right Mike?) I have provided recorded phone conversations to CMS about the arrogant rude attitudes of their internet support in which they then hang up on you. Providing this proof to CMS has changed nothing as Mike just hung up on me today because I nicely asked if he was actually going to call me back this time because he always promises to but does not. His response ahhh yeah.. CLICK Update: I am not saying my router is the issue today. I am simply pointing out that the dealings with support have been over numerous issues over the last couple of years including several calls in which my router was the issue before it was finally replaced. You guys were provided a recorded phone conversation at that time of your very rude support guy that had hung up on me several times, prompting my recording the next issue I called on. I'm aware today's issue is a tower issue just as it was just a couple days ago when I was down for most of the day.

We used to have frontier and always were charged premium prices for barely functioning internet.... several techs were sent to fix our problem and they always said well... your routers weren't hooked up right... it seemed to be the scape goat for every tech but not a single tech could fix it 🤔 we finally got tired of it and cms moved into our area and we haven't looked back. Their internet is quick, rarely does the service go down. Good prices and very friendly and helpful staff. I've never had a bad experience with CMS . If you're looking for a good internet provider, I highly recommend CMS. You won't be disappointed.

Have had CMS for many years in Crystal and service has been excellent. Just had internet upgraded to fiber and Chad J did the installation and set up; exceptional work and service. Keep up the good work!

Just started using this internet provider, after a horrible experience with Frontier! I love how you can call and talk to a real person! Thank you, Amanda for your excellent customer service! The technician was also very professional and efficient! Hope to stay with the company for years to come! The only thing I wasn't impressed with is how I paid the hookup fee, prior to the technician coming out. Once he arrived, he quoted an even higher price that he was expecting. Not sure what the confusion was, but I paid the $150 fee the day before and was told by the technician we owed him $200.

I was not happy with my lawn after it was dug up for fiber optics. I called Jeremy and he apologized and sent his crew out and took care of everything! I am very pleased with the results and thank you Jeremy for doing exactly what you said you would do! Thank you again.
