Speedy Tech Computer Repair

Five stars all day. These guys diagnosed a laptop that was in my backpack during a motorcycle crash and found out it wasn’t able to be saved for no charge. Then, when I got a new laptop, they seamlessly installed my new ram and 2 hard drives for a price so good I can’t even disclose, but it was less than half of what everywhere else quoted me. Also learned a lot about computer servers and miscellaneous talking to them while they did the services. Worth it to take it to these guys instead of doing it yourself or paying other repair stores to do it. Experience surpassed all expectations!

For the first time EVER, since I got my first computer in the early 1990s (yes, before the internet existed), 30+ years of owning, using, building, and repairing - personally & at times professionally - I actually came across an issue I had never seen or even heard of. I spent 3 days working on it, attempting to diagnose the issue and effect a repair with zero progress made. 😪 So I did the unthinkable - I looked for professional help with a computer. And I am so glad I did! I took my desktop in on a Saturday morning. I spoke at length with Tony, explained my background so he knew where I was coming from when I then explained the issues I was having. He was patient, listened carefully, understanding, and on the same page from the get-go. 3 hours later, problem found and fixed, I returned to a fully functional PC. This is when Tony noticed a program (application) on the desktop, asked a simple question, and the nerd fest began. When you find someone who shares so many interests and life experiences as yourself, it is truly amazing! It was geek + geek = geek². We spent an hour plus swapping stories (between customers) until it was past time for him to close the store. In all honesty, it was like meeting a brother I didn't know I had. To say I completely trust his judgment and skill is a vast understatement. And as someone who has many industry qualifications & certifications, I can honestly say that you cannot, CANNOT, go wrong bringing your equipment here. 10 stars would not be unwarranted but 5 is all they'll let me give.

A great repair shop! At first I've sent my laptop to Microcenter and they were just trying to upsell me a whole motherboard replacement while taking a really long time to reply and do the actual repair. I was fed up of all that bs and found this place. Qualified technicians and speed are the best words to describe this business. It took them 1 day to identify the issue and 30 minutes to replace the screen after it arrived (shipping was also really fast). The technicians not only know their sh.t but are also interesting to talk to. Definitely recommend this shop over any other large and greedy corporation!

I highly recommend this place for computer needs! They are such nice people who are not looking to make a buck off of you. They are honest workers who you can tell actually care about there costumers rather then trying to scam them. They also live up to the name Speedy tech, as they fixed my computer way faster then I anticipated.
