Staples

Went to staples to collect some items for our schools silent auction! The manager working was so considerate and kind. She ended up donating multiple bookshelves and also a brand new desk!! She was even so awesome to help load the stuff in the car!!

Very friendly service, nice guys all around. They’re doing Amazon returns now at Staples so I expect their business will double. The cashier said it’s been non stop since they started accepting Amazon goods for return a few months ago.

They accepted a print order for same day printing, then called me at the end of the day to let me know they aren't going to print my order and they need a week to accommodate the order. They refused to consider alternative solutions and refused to discount their now extremely late service. Utterly worthless, avoid if possible.

Lady at counter didn’t want to help me. There was only two people waiting in line including myself. The two people at the cashier was a young man and this old lady. The old kept making herself look busy and didn’t want to help me. I just kept staring at her and eventually she came up to the register to attempt to help me. Told her I’d like to start a print job. She said she can’t help me as ALL printers are down. Obviously she doesn’t know how to work them. Had to go all the way to walled lake staples to get the job done. “Ask me what’s possible”, obviously impossible for her.

Great service. I called ahead to see if the store had a specific Conon ink cartridge in stock. A woman in the print area (I thanked her later) went over a checked for me. She then took the two cartridges to the check out desk. Easy purchase!
