My laptop went into a correction loop that had me stumped. Ked concluded that my hard drive had died. He installed a new one within a day and his charge was more than reasonable. I lost some info, but thank goodness much was on the cloud. 👍

I custom ordered a gaming PC and Ken at MCS went above and beyond for me, offering me different options with great prices as well as outstanding speed in building it.
