I went to their shop looking for help with my 10 year old Toshiba laptop that was running way too slow. Wayne and his staff were terrific. They explained the pluses and minuses of having my laptop repaired or upgraded, and then answered my questions and made suggestions on the right level of features I might need if I bought a new one. (by the way, they don't sell computers and made no money on a new purchase). I offered to pay them for all of their suggestions and guidance and they refused. If you need help or suggestions on computers, I would highly recommend them without any reservations.

Took my computer in to get a diagnostics check done due to having a drink spilled on it. They were very polite and profession letting me know what parts were possibly damaged and what options to take if the damage was too bad. Thankfully the damages wasn't very bad, they were able to get my computer up and running without having to buy new parts. So instead of spending nearly 600 dollars for repairs they were able to fix it for about $80. They were very proficient with their time and was very helpful even when taking the computer in and out of my car. Plan in seeing them again to get my other computer looked at and fixed.

What a genius, just when I think a computer is about to be scrapped he brings it back to life and has kept me from losing valuable information. Very honest and reliable, and the prices are always reasonable; especially compared to other computer repair companies I have dealt with in the past.
