Got 500 printed the same day. They called me and told me I need fix sizing and then printed when I re uploaded the cut zone. Amazing other places would have just printed not told me what to fix. 5 stars will be back!

Went to purchase a chair yesterday and got horrible attitude from your employee, Taylor. I’m sorry we assumed that ready to roll on the assembled chair meant that it was ready to be sold! We are very sorry to hear that you now have to assemble another chair to be sold on the floor. However, this is not a customer problem and we paid the $20 assembly fee for the chair to be assembled. Max was very nice and pleasant. Will never return to this store again! Good luck and it’s sad to see how the customers are treated for services that you offer because they actually have to do work!

I came in to make a few amazon returns. I had all QR codes readily available for the customer service representative. He was only helping one other guest when I arrived at the counter. Said counter is split, one side to help with amazon returns and the other to do normal store checkouts. As that transaction on the other side of the counter was coming to an end, I made sure I had my phone open and ready since I was next. At that moment another customer came walking up to the counter for a store checkout which he chose to help before he helped me. Even though I think it was unfair of him to help another guest before me as I was next in line, I patiently waited for him to help me. He quickly completed the transaction and finally began to help me. The entire one on one interaction with this customer service representative was rude, distracted, and disrespectful. He never once made eye contact with me or even told me what he needed from me. Luckily, I have made previous amazon returns to this store, so I know how it generally works. The customer service representative’s name is Justin. Justin continually got distracted during my transaction. He was actively ignoring me and had conversations with several other customers within the store. It was extremely rude and he was so distracted, that my transaction took around 10 minutes when it could have taken 2 minutes. I couldn’t believe how blatantly disrespectful he was to me. I think Justin needs some serious training on how to properly interact with customers. I’m seriously turned off to this Staples location now, and I highly doubt I will return. I also made sure to share this experience with my family and friends so they can avoid wasting their time here.

I always have a great experience at Staples. Whether I buy online and pick up in store or just shop in store, the employees are always friendly and helpful and I can find what I’m looking for and get in and out quickly. I highly recommend shopping at Staples.
