This was my second broken MacBook monitor in two months, so I wasn’t ready to spend a hefty amount at the Apple Store again. Hoping for a more affordable alternative, I decided to give uBreakiFix a try. The person who answered the call was polite and efficient, gathering all the necessary details about my MacBook to provide an approximate quote. However, I was surprised to find that their quoted price was significantly higher than what the Apple Store itself offered. Typically, we look for alternative repair options like uBreakiFix when we want to avoid paying the premium Apple charges, but this store’s pricing was far from budget-friendly. In fact, it was even more expensive than going directly to Apple, which defeats the purpose of seeking third-party repair services. The store is located in a convenient strip mall with shared parking, making it easy to access. However, the pricing completely overshadowed the convenience. If you’re considering uBreakiFix for MacBook repairs, I’d recommend doing a price comparison first. Based on my experience, their costs may not justify the service, especially if you’re trying to avoid overspending.

She thought outside of the box to come up with the best plan to achieve the desired results after spending considerable time talking with us to understand our wishes. Jordan was so fast with this repair. He called ahead of the appointment to make sure the replacement screen was in stock. The phone was repaired within the hour of drop off and the customer service was excellent!
