Took my phone in to get my screen fixed. It fell from my desk to my CARPET FLOOR, about 3 feet with a case and the whole screen fell out the phone and of course it's not repairable! So with no standing behind his product 4 months after it got fixed leaving me with a phone not usable, avoid this place if you want you stuff to brake and have no assurance of the place to help out in any way, and also make assumptions that you are lying about what happened, that's fun.

I am a 100% satisfied customer for my iPhone 12 Pro Max screen replacement. - Great, friendly service from a guy who knows his stuff and isn't condescending, and he tells you what's what. - Prices were fantastic, especially compared to the OEM. I chose non-OEM parts, but this is a four year old phone and it shouldn't cost half the price of a new phone to fix, and it didn't. It was under $120! I've been sitting on this phone for a year thinking it was totalled – I wish I'd brought it here a year ago. - Service was speedy.
