Mark was very personable and well versed in the services I was looking for. In a short time he was able to update my computer, apply necessary virus protection and set up a newer version of Windows for me. I also purchased a computer for my wife and he was able to transfer everything from her old computer and set up virus protection. I now have a "go to guy" for my computer needs. I would highly recommend Mark at Just Do It Computers.

My external hard drive had failed. Mark was able to recover the data. I got the data back the next day on a stick. Very reasonable price, fast and friendly service. I feel like I found a new friend.

Mark is my family's hero! My Mom passed away two years ago and she was an excellent photographer. I tried everything I could find online to fix her laptop, but nothing would reboot/restart it. We were scared we lost everything. He was able to fix it, reboot all of her files, and we now have a separate drive backed up in case something happens in the future. He did excellent work promptly, and his price was very reasonable! I will be highly recommending him to anyone I know that needs work done. Thank you so much Mark!!

Mark is a legend. Really passionate about what he does, and he doesn't do it for the money, so you get a very fair price. Trust me, I went around, and others were charging outrageous prices in comparison, or outright refused to repair my laptop hinge. Mark gave me sound guidance and advice throughout the process. Will for sure be back whenever I need a new laptop or PC, as Mark has great deals on repaired items.

His computer knowledge is unparalleled, surpassing anyone I’ve ever encountered. He even offers home visits to elderly and disabled individuals, all while maintaining competitive pricing. I recently had a BIOS issue that required his attention. Despite having other customers ahead of me and dropping my computer off at 7 pm, he managed to resolve the problem by 12 am the next afternoon. I can confidently say that I will never consider any other computer company again. From now on, I will exclusively use his services for all my computer-related needs.
