Canton Phone Repair

I had 3 devices repaired here. The doors have been closed ever since my last repair. I was still in contact with owner expecting a proper repair on my iPad for lifting and screen scratches. I was told to drop the Ipad off at business nearby this shop and it was never picked up. The IPad screen is completely lifting off now. My IPhone I had repaired, the screen is lifting and it keeps saying my camera is not a genuine apple part (not fixed with the suggested soft reset). I reached out to the owner for a refund for the IPad and the refund has been yet to be received. The service I thought I was getting is not what I received.

This company was fast and knowledgeable. Great customer service experience. Starting a new business and I need my I pad fix. Want to Apple because I thought They were the experts at fixing their own products. Apple told me that I should throw it away and get rid of it due to how old the model was and it wouldn’t be worth fixing and try to upsell me on another computer. As a Last resort I use the phone repair in Canton and immediately they told me that this was definitely repairable and I could have it back the same day I was very pleased with their service in their expertise of the products I definitely recommend them and definitely will be visiting them in the future.

Terrible business! Not open during store hours. Called day before and had an appointment with the guy next day and he keeps making excuses of why he’s not there saying he’s at a warehouse picking up a phone but I could clearly hear cheering in the background like he’s at some event. Very unprofessional and never onsite. Phone numbers to call are on the door to call if door is locked but one number is out of see and the other is barely answered! Please do business if you’re in business.

Be aware, do not go there this is a bad business went there to get a battery replaced end up making the situation worse after two weeks of cat mouse games, many times not even being at the store and waiting on him. I ended up taking my phone to a different place which they tell me he destroyed the phone. He is not capable of repairing phones, made me pay upfront, which is stupid on my part and giving it to him. no picture how I got my phone back from him. note, my phone was in pristine condition when I gave it to him.

My 16-year-old son went in there to have his phone fixed, they asked him to drop it off at the smoke shop down the plaza. It never made it to the phone shop to be repaired before they gave it back to him unrepaired and made him sign a no refund policy. The owners breath smelled like marijuana as well.
