Jason spec has had my laptop for about 2 years now. Everytime I contact him to see if I can get it back, he tells me "It's not a good time! I'm busy! I have stuff going on!" I understand....people have stuff going on from time to time. But if your running a business,you have to take care of your customers. ESPECIALLY if you have their property and make it very difficult to get back! Who does this! I was looking into taking legal action to get my laptop back, but the filing fee for the affidavit would cost as much as the repairs for my laptop. If he contacts me so I can get my laptop back, I'll consider taking down my post. I'm appalled. You might never see your property again if you take it to Spectec.

The gentleman that owns this business, Jason, provides great customer service and has continually surprised me with the quality of his work. In my time, I have taken 4 computers in total (over about 5 years) and they were all fixed in a timely manner for much less money than I expected. I cannot recommend this business enough 10/10

My PS4 had busted USBs for a year. I didn’t care since I had no peripheral items. But this last Christmas my family had gotten me a headset, that requires the use of a usb. We took it in about two weeks ago and we keep asking. About a week ago he said that it would be done soon after saying he had just received the part. In my opinion don’t bring your electronics here. If you do you run a high chance of never seeing that item again.

I utilized the services of Jason at Spec Tec. My Mac computer needed to have some malware removed and a general review and clean up. Jason promptly addressed the issues and I had my computer back in two days. He was very professional, addressed my concerns, and explained clearly what he had done. His final bill matched what he quoted me when I brought my computer in. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

My daughter's phone screen cracked In March. My wife called and they quoted her $80 or so.. But it's appt only. I've been trying to call since April to make an appointment. They've never answerd nor have they ever returned my call. My wife has been calling as well with no avail. We called them daily, nothing, then I called 3-4 times a week.. Still nothing.. I'm calling once a week... Same. I'll just take my business elsewhere. My daughter is patient but at this point in losing mine.
