Computer Junkies

I want to CONGRATULATE the computer junkies team. I had the most tragic morning when I drop my computer and the screen crack bad, see photos attached. I came a bit earlier, and Brendan was kind enough to let me in. Then I start telling them my dilemma. I told them I needed my computer today since I had an important meeting. They didn’t had the screen, but immediately Josh have me like 5 different solutions. Then Brendan jumped in and gave me a very smart, costumer oriented, kind solution, he said: we can order your part, and I will borrowed you a Laptop so you can get to your meeting and to make it even better we downloaded zoom for me. Both gentlemen are a class in costumer service and kindness. I believe if you ever have a computer problem, please come to them and give them business. Truly, truly kind individuals, solutions oriented and GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE 10/10 👏🏼

My family and I have used Computer Junkies for our computer and IT Tech support needs for the last 9 years. I still use them today because of their professionalism and kindness. I believe the owner, Brendan Garland, cares about his work and his customers, which is what has made me a loyal customer. Each time I’ve reached out to them for help, they always made me feel like I was getting special treatment and talked to me like I was a friend. On several occasions, they went above and beyond the normal work requirements to accommodate me, and I appreciated it. The staff at the store on Bristol Road, is courteous and knowledgeable, and they always took time to explain things to me and always patiently answered my questions. They are nice people as well. I would recommend Computer Junkies to anyone who needs help fulfilling their computer needs or help resolving IT technology issues. I believe Computer Junkies is a business who values building long-term relationships with its customers, and this has been shown in their caring treatment of me over the last 9 years. -Landon Kelly

My asus is back up and running thanks to them. I’ve been without it for 6 years. Affordable pricing. Very professional and fast. They were able to save my old hard disk info. Could not find anyone to fix my port except computer junkies. Thank you

I’m giving this a 1 star because I took my PC in that was having issues shutting down randomly. I took it into computer junkies given the great reviews, and was met with some very friendly people. They had originally told me that it was my hard drive, and I had to pay almost $300 for the whole thing to replace it. Then, when the computer started doing it STILL, I took it back in. They told me it was a dead cell battery. I took the computer home and tried turning it on. It won’t even turn on. After messing with it for several minutes, it finally booted up but wouldn’t stay on for longer than 2 minutes. Honestly worse than when I brought it to them. I wouldn’t take my computer here unless it was a simple issue.

Guys were nice but i took my computer in for a routine cleaning and was not notified that they would be turning the computer on, much less running a 10 minute stress test. I now have to replace one of my 3 fans due to a new extremely loud squeal. They made my perfectly fine laptop unusable and it cost me money. I was also logged out of YouTube which makes me think they were at least in the browser
