uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Blown away by my first experience with ubreakifix. I took two items in- an old phone that would no longer turn on that had all my photos from the first two years of my sons life which I thought were lost and a Nintendo switch that wouldn’t charge. Well, they were able to fix my phone so I could get a fully functioning phone back even after the Apple Store said that they would not be able to help me after taking it in twice to try to fix it. I now have a fully functioning phone and have all my pictures back. I was actually tearful in the store as I went to pick it up after just a few hours. I thought those moments were long lost. The Nintendo switch turns out had a lot more wrong than just not charging. And overall, we decided to not go ahead and fix it with the advice of the business. I really appreciate that they weren’t just trying to take my money. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back For any future fixes!!

Went in on a Sunday! My iphone speaker was not working right, before replacing the speaker in the phone they first tried cleaning it. Fortunately for me that was all it took! Saved me $250!!! Thank you so much for your honesty and great customer service!!!

The workers here were super kind and helpful. They fixed my phone really quickly and explained everything in a straightforward manner. I've always been nervous to deal with phone repairs but this place made it so easy, I'll definitely be back for any future repairs.

Mistakenly left my iPhone on the roof of my car. While doing 60 mph, it flew off and hit the road. Found it a full day later in the middle of the road essentially shattered. So, in addition to the initial impact when it hit the road, it, undoubtedly, was run over numerous times. Took it to the Brighton store fully expecting to hear that it was completely DOA. Justin was the tech who explained that he would do his best. Three hours later, he called me and said the phone was ready to be picked up. He replaced the screen and restored the phone to full functionality. Incredible! Instead of a title of technician, I think he was a magician. Additionally, he was very courteous, personable and the repair cost was incredibly reasonable considering the extent of damage. These guys are fantastic and are highly recommended.

This is my new repair shop idk what anyone says. I fully resigned to having to hand my s24 ultra over for the night-maybe even the weekend-to wait on parts and the whim of whoever was repairing it but instead I got it taken care of right away for the right price and above and beyond warm and friendly customer service. I had it back in my hand within a few hours. I could not be more pleased with Claude & the crew. So glad I tried this place! Highly recommend.
